Farnsworth A. Smith, 902 East Main street, died shortly after one o'clock Tuesday morning following an attack of apoplexy. He had resided in this city during his entire life. Mrs. Smith died of apoplexy, his death coming suddenly. The deceased was a painter by trade and was 73 years of age. Mr. Smith had been in usual health until the time he was stricken and his passing comes as a severe shock to his family and friends. Those surviving, the wife, one son, Morris Smith, 610 East Market street, and one daughter, Nellie at home. Others surviving are one brother, Charles T. Smith, 704 East Market Street. Mr. Smith was a member of the First united Brethren church of this city. The funeral services will be held at ten thirty o'clock Thursday morning at the home, with burial in the Oak Hill cemetery.- kbz
